Your yoga teacher is Adriana, She embarked on her yoga journey in 2005, and in 2013, she officially began her professional fitness career by obtaining certification as a barre teacher. With additional credentials in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, she expanded her expertise in holistic well-being. In 2017, she achieved a 100-hr. certification in Kids and Teens yoga, marking another milestone in her commitment to fostering health and mindfulness.
Upon certification, Adriana took the initiative to establish a comprehensive yoga program at a local high school. She has successfully imparted invaluable stress-relief techniques, mindfulness practices, and holistic wellness strategies to countless students with her yoga classes.
In her private practice, Adriana extends her guidance to individuals, moms-to-be, new moms, corporate teams, athletic groups, and students from pre-K through 12. Her overarching mission is to inspire and nurture humanity to move, love, and connect.
Residing in the sunny city of Jacksonville, FL, Adriana shares her life with her husband and business partner. Together, they enjoy outdoor hikes with their three children. She also enjoys teaching Pure Barre classes at her local studio. Adding to her multifaceted role, Adriana serves as the Department Chair at her school, where she imparts knowledge in both Spanish and Yoga, embodying her dedication to education and well-being.
